Last walk through (inspection) the house to make sure everything is clean property and smells fresh

Report anything damaged, stolen, or maintenance issues immediately upon arrival

Report by Maid Paid App when the job is marked as complete then send you the email invoice.

Our Performance

We require 2 clean sets of linens, and 2 set of towels, and 2 sets of kitchen towels, so when we enter your STR the dirty linens can be placed in a bag specifically marked for your property and we arrive with the 2nd set of clean linens, and the 2nd clean set of kitchen hand towels, that we place in your STR to ensure it is fully stocked for your guests. Our cleaners never do laundry- all linens are placed in laundry bags and brought to our laundry storage.

Then they are picked up by our laundry service we contract with laundered in commercial machines, and brought back to be replenished for the next turnover cleaning service.

We know you want your linens to be clean, crisp and healthy for your guests. The only way we can guarantee that is to control the process to ensure high standards are complied with throughout the linen cycle.

How We Clean

Written procedures and checklists are the basis of our cleaning system. Our Team works from these to ensure a uniform result for you and your guests.

Pre-inspection

We do a Pre-inspection– When entering a unit, check washer, dryer and dishwasher first to see if appliances need to be run or loads removed. Do a walkthrough to check for damage.

Post-inspection

After work is completed, an inspection must be done. Make sure all checklist items have been completed and meets or exceeds the guest expectations. Report to the supervisor that the unit has been completed. Also, report any damage, missing items, items left behind by guests, maintenance issues and other items of concern encountered during the work.

Clean Bathroom Surfaces

To clean bathroom surfaces (mirror, toilet, sink and counter), our company’s policy is to use paper towels. Microfiber rags on kitchen counters, and furniture, knobs and others touch surfaces. We just want to avoid any chance of cross contamination.* We provide the scope of the cleaning service checklist procedures and provide it by the estimated request to you to review it!

We do recommend to our customers that they have a Deep Clean performed twice a year – once during the off- season and once in the summer. Deep Cleans are necessary to keep vacation properties looking fresh and bright, and to address cleaning issues that take more time.
