Why should I hire Eagle Cleaning Service?

We use the best, and the most effective cleaning products, and supplies for our clients. To ensure our clients the most fresh and clean experience, we bleach our cleaning rags and mops at the end of every day. If anything is noted within 24 hours we will come back to fix it with no additional charge.

What’s included in my STR Turnover clean fee?
Each STR turnover clean service is customizable by the host’s request. I always walk through before any price is mentioned. Because most vacant properties are spacious, open, and tidy with the placement of the furniture. So, we first meet the host to discuss the clean service needs to be noted so we can quote accordingly.
How do we clean?
Written procedures and checklists are the basis of our cleaning system. Our Team works from these to ensure a uniform result for you and your guests. To clean bathroom surfaces (mirror, toilet, sink and counter), our company’s policy is to use paper towels. Microfiber rags on kitchen counters, and furniture, knobs and others touch surfaces. We just want to avoid any chance of cross contamination.* We describe our cleaning checklist here (above) to you to review it.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling prior to the date of service. If a scheduled cleaning is not rescheduled or canceled within the 48-hour timeframe a 50% fee is required. We do require a 48-hour notice otherwise a 50% fee is required. In case, we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there is a 50% fee required.
Will I get the same cleaners every time?
Yes, you will. In the case of an emergency, we may have someone temporarily clean your home, otherwise you will get the same cleaner for each and every clean!
Do you supply your own cleaning products?
Yes, we do. We are knowledgeable about the most effective product that works best to ensure your home is properly cleaned.
What happens if I’m not happy with the services provided?
Send us a detailed list of what we’ve missed. Our service list can be viewed here. The Turnover cleaning service, if noted upon on the same day that the guest arrived then we will fix it with no additional charge. The other cleaning service scheduled, if noted within 24 hours, we will fix it with no additional charge.
What payment options are accepted?
We currently accept Zelle, Venmo or electronic checks through Square.
What should I do with my pets? What are the pets' names?

Pets should be in their cage or backyard while we’re cleaning but they’re welcome to greet us at the door to ensure our employees safety!
